SWIMMING POOLS

Les Roches Kfardebian – Kfardebian holds 3 swimming pools each for 1 phase of the project, a one of a kind mountains chalets project in Lebanon including swimming pools. 

Project residents will have the chance to enjoy a wonderful summer warm sun and chill during their free time. Wether for adults or kids, our pools are designed towards promoting community happiness.

 

LANDSCAPING

Residents of Duplex Chalets Gardens will enjoy some superbly designed, flower and shrub gardens, grass lawns. These features will stress the idyllic character of Les Roches Kfardebian – Kfardebian areas and enhance the quality life of its residents. 

Landscaping services for a monthly fee will be provided by Les Roches Kfardebian management team. Because grass flowers and trees require continuous & meticulous care, our landscaping expert team is perfectly trained to keep your surrounding joyful & green.In addition, winter times could be harsh and require special tools for snow removal throughout the whole project. 

SECURITY

Security is our main concern to provide our resident a safe stay with peace of mind. Security staff is spread throughout all project phases. Each gate is guarded by security staff that provide 24/7 monitoring on cctv & direct intervention.

Security guards will walk through entire property inside building and around the outside to assure security, including locking outside doors. They will also enforce a quiet environment for residents.

Our project is also equipped with alarms, gates & cctv cameras to help our security guards patrol property and ensure security of guests, buildings & premises.
