How can I buy a chalet and what about procedures?

Downpayment amount deposit needed?
A 20% down payment is required
How much is the monthly instalment ?
60% of the total price is required before delivery date. The monthly instalment to be paid will be set base on several variables as Les Roches Kfardebian team will provide you with the best payment plan with minimum 40% to be covered before delivery date.
What about balancing the remaining amount ?
Once the apartment is ready to be delivered, the remaining amount of 40% should be fully covered either by cash or through bank loans.

How many Chalets types are available?
Les Roches Kfardebian consists of 431 Chalets divided into 3 phases. Our Chalets vary between 3 types: – The Garden Duplex Chalet ranging 110 sqm and 155 sqm with a garden -The Duplex Chalet – 75 sqm located on the third and fourth floor. -The Simplex Chalet – 50 sqm located on third floor. Does the price vary from phase to phase?
There are 3 levels in the project: Lower, Middle and Upper level. The upper level prices are higher than the middle and lower, and the middle level price is more expensive than the lower level. Price variations depend on 2 elements : chalets types ( duplex garden – duplex & simplex ) & chalet level ( Lower, Middle & Upper Level )
How many people can each chalet host?
The smallest chalets could accommodate up to 3 people, while bigger ones can host up to 7 individuals
How many pools are available ?
Les Roches Kfardebian includes 3 pools, each one designated for 1 phase.
- Phase 1 (upper phase) pool size : 70 sqm
- Phase 2 (middle phase) pool : 375 sqm
- Phase 3 (lower phase) pool : 200 sqm
Do the chalets have garden? what about their size?
Garden are available for Chalets on the ground floor, ranging from 30 sqm to 200 sqm .
Do residents have access to all pools?
Residents of Les Roches Kfardebian will benefit from accessing all pools within the project.
